Customers have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with European consumer protection standards.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Not show signs of damage caused by improper use

This withdrawal period applies to customers purchasing from European countries.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, Sortlyn will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.


6. Defective or Damaged Items
